I had a strong-enough stomach to watch "Kill Bill".
The bits of it I've seen I've really liked, though I couldn't get through the gory parts. Uma Thurman is so iconic and bad-ass.
The upstairs bar at that one place had it playing on the small screen, and I had a blast watching it. Perhaps I should watch it on the small screen, so the violence isn't as overwhelming for me to watch?

Kill Bill 2 is not as bloody as KB1
Maybe I'll try to watch it sometimes... Or have someone watch it with me and tell me when to close my eyes.
