Great cooking.
My last batch of black beans has really turned out to be the best. I let them soak a long time before boiling, and then towards the end of cooking cut up garlic and poblano peppers to throw in, and then last of all onions - which still have a little crunch in them. Only salt and pepper as seasoning. It's great.
