I forgot -

My one Latin student is a healthcare lawyer.  Before the Supreme Court decision, he gave me his predictions: he thought it was going to be struck down, either narrowly or altogether, but that there was a 1/5th chance, he thought, that the mandate would be re-evaluated as a tax and upheld.

Guess it was that 1/5th chance!
