Bossy cat.

The one resthome resident's cat who I pet, every time I go in there now, she goes up to me insistently and starts meowing, which is her signal for me to go and pet her.

A lot of times, she just walks up and sits down right in front of me and meows.

Another time, I was speaking with the resthome resident, and from over by left elbow, suddenly there was a meow.

Although I think that I've seen the cat on the resident's nightstand just once, she actually walked onto there and stood on there and stuck her head out to me and meowed, since that was how she could get closest to me and get my attention best.
