Astrology "coulda beens".

I remembered this weekend why I coudln't get into astrology as a kid, despite buying a few books on it in middle school -- the star charts were impenetrable, and I couldn't figure out how to cast them myself, and this is the pre-internet days before a computer could do it for you. If I had been born even five years later, it would have been a much different story with me and astrology.

Why so many repressed memories around astrology? I did the charts without computers, and you're a lot smarter than me.

I was like 8.

I have no idea why I've been thinking about this shit lately. I also looked a little into tarot and bought a book on palm-reading, but nothing sparked me. I think I wanted everything to come easy, but it didn't. With tarot, it was too many damn cards to memorize.

I know many of the tarot cards, but I find it somewhat disturbing. I have never had much luck with palmistry, but there is a link between it and astrology. I know of people in India who can read people's chart by feeling their palm.

It seems like there's everything in India. It makes me want to go there. When I was younger I didn't give a shit about India, but now I find it really interesting.
