...because my one (chubby) (Thai) coworker for some reason had her watch held right in front of her mouth and was just holding it there for some reason for a while (maybe because it's a smartphone watch or whatever and she was doing something with it?):
"If you are hungry, don't eat your wrist!"

(She liked that, and so did the [older] [Thai] manager who's a whiz at the phones, when she overheard me saying it.)
