A tasty dish from a regional Chinese restaurant...

...in my neighborhood, that I went to with friends for dinner a few Fridays ago:

Thin-sliced potatoes fried almost like French fries, in hot oil and cumin seeds, with some cut-up cilantro leaves and stems.

It was *awesome*, like a northern Chinese version of French fries, a big plate of it.
