1) When my mother is helping my father complete a survey at the doctor's office and she's asking him if in the past week he's felt unable to sleep, depressed, angry, etc., she gets to "anxious," and at that one he's like, "Only whenever I'm being interrogated."
2) Since she had been wanting to know how my vacation was going, I text my one (chubby) (Thai) coworker a picture of me having lunch with my parents on a restaurant patio -- she's met them before, when they've visited me -- and she texts back right away and wants to know how they're doing.
So, I ask them, and my mom is like, "Ready to send him back!", and my dad is like, "Gooder."
