It's not so much that the can is Croatian and the woman on it looks like my landlady, but rather that her hair gleams in the sun and is kind of golden and looks wonderful when my dining room gets early morning sun on the eastern exposure, though you can't see it from the picture, and plus the can is a nice upright shape that makes it stand out.
Plus, "Minas" is kind of a cool name.
I showed this can to my landlady once when her and her husband were over to repair the sink and she was like, "Yes, that is a Croatian can." She's kind of matter-of-fact, but I think she appreciated that I took the time to show something Croatian to her.
